Nadia Pringle-Davis is currently Director, Marketing Strategy in the Defined Contribution Marketing team at Blackrock.
Nadia joined Blackrock in July 2018 and leads the Participant Communications team which is focused on providing strategy consultation and communications programs to top institutional defined contribution clients (over 50% of Fortune 100 companies).
Prior to Blackrock, Nadia spent 3 years at Prudential Financial as Director of Multicultural Marketing. She developed & executed diverse segment marketing strategies (with a focus in the African-American and Millennial markets) across Prudential’s U.S. businesses, including Individual Life Insurance, Group Insurance, Annuities, Retirement and Investments.
Prior to joining Prudential in 2015, she spent nine years at American Express in New York City in various functions, including strategy consulting, business development, finance, analytics and global marketing roles, including a position as Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing.
Nadia is a seasoned strategist and marketer with over 15 years of progressive experience in the B2B & B2C financial services industry. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and BS Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Nadia is an alumnus of the Management Leadership for Tomorrow MBA prep program. Nadia is also a member of the non-profit organization Jack & Jill of America where she leads the Audit Committee in her local chapter. A passionate advocate of financial education and literacy, Nadia also presents in her church and community on topics such as budgeting, saving for retirement and wealth-creation. She is a resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania where she lives with her husband and two children.
